Rental Types & Rates

We love hosting kick ass creatives and build a meaningful community together. Below is a list of categories that we are able to accommodate in the space. As much as we love to host every talented designers out there, unfortunately our space has its limitations. If you don't see your category listed, please don't hesitate to email us and ask! 


$65/hr | Min 2 hours | $15 One-time Cleaning Fee* 

  • Calligraphy & Lettering
  • Sketching & Watercoloring
  • Embroidery, Crocheting, Pattern making, and Macrame,
  • Floral/succulent arrangements. Please email us to discuss details as we cannot accomodate large arrangement classes.
  • Graphic / Digital design
  • Web Design
  • Other Business Tools 
  • Other Crafting Classes
  • Please note: We have tables (NO linens), chairs, and a projector on-site available to use. Maximum capacity 15-20 persons depending on type of workshop.
  • *Cleaning fee may differ for floral workshops. More than 2 large trash bags may incur additional waste fees. Please contact us for more details.

  • We have some props and furniture available for rent. Please email to discuss details of your needs! We suggest a site visit to preview all of the available props and furniture we have available.


Co-Working- Individual

$80 | Up to 4 hrs

$150 | Up to 8 hrs

  • Ideal for individuals who want quiet space to get their work done.
  • Access to basic amenities such as coffee, water, restroom and Wi-Fi.


Group Co-Working | Off-site Meeting | Presentations

$45/hr | For up to 8 people

    • Client meetings for wedding planners, photographers, make up/hair stylists, cake designers...etc. 
      • We will have a display table for you to customize prior to your meeting so that you can showcase your work.

      • Projectors are available to rent.
